UK Orders

All goods delivered to the UK are sent either by Royal Mail or DPD – shipments are sent Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Next Day Delivery: £3.95 or free for orders of £35 or more. Most orders are despatched the same day, though during extremely busy periods, it may take an extra day or so to despatch your order. Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, and the following postcodes: AB30-38, AB41-56, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE1-3, may take 3-5 working days along with deliveries to Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. 

Please note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery. Whilst we ensure that our orders are despatched promptly to the carrier, there may be delays with the courier service that are outside of our control.

International Orders – Delivery Schedule

International orders are usually delivered within 5-8 working days, though can sometimes take longer. Regrettably, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order.

International Orders – Currency

All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling. When placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, you will be charged in Pounds Sterling, and your credit card company or bank will convert the amount into your local currency (e.g. Euros, Dollars, etc).

International Orders – Import Duties and Taxes

You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges assessed by your government are your responsibility. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.

Cancellation Policy

We regret that it is not possible to amend, combine or add to an order once it has been printed and in the warehouse for processing. If you would like to cancel your order, please email. We will do what we can to cancel your order before it leaves us but no guarantee can be provided. 

Returns Policy

If you experience any problems with any of our goods, please contact us.

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund – whichever you prefer. Before returning faulty goods to us, please contact us, and we will arrange to cover the cost of returning the faulty goods.

Should you decide to return any goods which are not faulty, please ensure you return them to us within 30 days.  We will arrange for a full refund of the cost of the goods, providing the items are unused, unopened and suitable for resale. We will not be able to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note that patterns and books are non-refundable.

How to return items to us

When returning any items to us, please pack your items in appropriate packaging and, if possible, include your original invoice. Please enclose a note to let us know your name, telephone number and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for the items you are returning. If you would like an exchange, please let us know which items you would like to have in place of the items you are sending back.

If you have asked for a refund, we will process this as soon as possible or if you have asked for an exchange, we will despatch the replacement items that you have requested as soon as possible .
